Iโm Clisver Alvarez, a mental health coach, writer, and founder of Blue Greis Lifestyle. My work grew out of my own healing journey through anxiety and emotional burnout. What began as survival turned into helping others find emotional stability.
You describe yourself as a mental health coach who creates relatable, high-impact wellness content. What does โrelatableโ truly mean to you when it comes to mental health?
Relatable means honest and human. I talk about mental health the way people really experience it โ feeling overwhelmed, tired, and trying their best.
Youโve spoken about how your own mental health struggles shaped your path. What was the moment that made you decide to turn your pain into purpose?
I turned pain into purpose when I realized I was done just surviving and wanted to help others break free too.
How did your personal healing journey strengthen your belief in mental health coaching?
Healing showed me that real change is possible with the right tools.
What inspired you to choose coaching as your primary way of helping others?
Coaching allows me to walk alongside people as they rebuild.

Stigma exists because people were taught to hide pain.
