It has created a separate discipline of human resource management. It involves efficient management of employees in the workplace to gain maximum productivity economically and extract quality work from members within a specific period of time. It has to do with the individual and their individual need and creating an environment for them that makes them willing to work and they feel satisfied to do the work and they cooperate with each other. Positive relations are important to existing between the superiors and the subordinates which can be done through adequate and good communication skills.
